The food was great but slow in the lobster pot restaurant. Great service in the hotel, no complaints.

It was a relaxing atmosphere but even as a group we enjoyed it. Everything was extremely clean, the only thing was the bar staff were a little slow and we had to order our bar food twice, however I would recommend.
Location is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful.
Staff were very friendly. Rooms a little small but very comfortable. Food was lovely.
The hotel was fine, rooms were clean and bright and I liked the fact that there was a cd player in the room. No complaints check in was easy and staff were friendly.
I travel a great deal and must say every aspect of the hotel and particularly the friendliness of the staff was exceptional and particularly at the reasonable costs.
We liked the athmosphere, good staff contact, cleanliness, and location. It met all our needs well.
The Hotel was really nice. Very clean and nice modern decor. Ideal location, 5 minute walk to shop street and it has a safe car park which only cost €3 and that was for 2 nights. We didn't eat in the restaurant but the breakfast in the morning was very nice. The only downside to the hotel was the bar staff, I found them very slow and it was quiet in the bar at the time I would not like to see the staff if it was busy.

Centrally located but quiet.
A good alternative to the overbooked city centre hotels - great location only 3 mins from Shop St. Similar style room to Jurys. Room was clean modern and perfect for a quick break. Dont go for the views though it is on the Docks. Staff were lovely - great service and breakfast was great especially for vegetarians.
Perfectly adequate hotel for a weekend break. Very central. We were not looking for luxury but the hotel was above our expectations as regards value for money. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn't eat in the hotel apart from breakfast which was very acceptable.
Straight forward, friendly and very professional.
We had a long week-end trip to Galway and found the location both close enough to the centre to walk,where there is lots to see and do and easy reach of the main routes out of the city. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and the staff were all very helpful.
