Dublin – Galway Harbour Hotel.

Follow the signs for the West.

Approaching Galway City on the N6 (Dublin/Shannon Road) Junction with the N18 (Cork) on the outskirts of Oranmore.
· 1st roundabout take the 3rd exit.
· 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit.
· 3rd roundabout take the 1st exit.
· Pass by Galway Crystal on your left hand side. Continue straight through the traffic lights.
· Take the 2nd exit at the GMIT roundabout. Travel straight until you reach the “Huntsman Inn” Roundabout.
You will then come to a set of traffic lights, stay in the left hand lane and follow that (Lough Atalia) road for approximately 1.5 Kilometres. Next you will go under a railway bridge and directly after that there is an extremely sharp corner, once you go around that corner the hotel is on your left hand side.

Shannon Airport – Galway Harbour Hotel - Distance: 90 Kilometres/56 Miles.
· On exiting Shannon Airport; at roundabout take first exit onto N19.
· At next roundabout take 1st exit onto N19.
· At next roundabout take 2nd exit onto N19.
· At next roundabout take 2nd exit onto N19 (signposted all routes).
· At next roundabout take 2nd exit onto N19 (signposted Galway, Limerick)
· At next roundabout take 1st exit then merge onto N18 (signposted Galway, Ennis)
· Continue on N18.
· Through Kilcolgan.
· Through Clarinbridge.
· At roundabout (junction with N6): take 2nd exit onto N6.
· At next roundabout: 2nd exit and continue on N6 (signposted Galway).
· At next roundabout: Left for Galway City East.
· At next roundabout: Straight.
· At next roundabout: Left.

Connemara National Park
Connemara National Park is situated in the heart of the West and it covers some 2,000 hectares of scenic mountains, expanses of bogs, heaths and grassland.

Clifden is generally regarded as the Capital of Connemara. It is an ideal holiday centre and base for touring this beautiful area.

Aran Islands
There are 3 Aran Islands, Inishmore (the large island), Inishmann (the middle island) and Inisheer (the eastern island). These beautiful islands are well worth a visit for their scenic beauty alone. Bike hire is available on the Islands.

Location, Location, Location - brilliant location for the city centre. we have stayed here 3-4 times now and will be back again. The rooms are lovely and clean and the breakfast is buffet, with all you can eat from cereals and fruit to the typical Irish. Staff are very friendly.

hotel is in a great location just few minutes walk to town rooms are not very big they are on the small side but adequate...not sound proof was noisy in the corridors and could hear room next door as well as across the hall ..excellent buffet breakfast overall had a lovely stay and would stay again
