Excellent service - very efficient & professional staff
I was extremely pleased with our stay there, I particularly like being able to have breakfast in my room and this was available. Really pleasant staff in the dining room and well versed and knowledgable on wine.
Really nice hotel, our rooms were very nice. Leisure centre is a bit compact, needs a bit of an update.
Generally found the staff to be friendly and courteous, the bedroom was clean and tidy so overall I was happy with the experience.
I thought that all of the hotel staff i had to deal with were excellent which is a hell of alot more than i can say for other hotels of a similar standard that i have stayed in throughout the country.

The Galway Bay Hotel was better than we could of hoped for. From the second we arrived to the moment we left we could of not been looked after better. All the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we were treated nicely. The rooms and the beds were perfect, everything was spotless. The food was too good, and the best suprise was the kiddies club, i wasnt aware of this when i booked the hotel. I have two children age 11 and 8 and they had the best time ever. The hotel is a perfect place to stay especially with children and alot of hard work obivously goes on behind the scenes. I couldnt find fault with the hotel and we will defiently be back soon.

The view was beautiful of Galway Bay from the large outside balcony, and the restaurant meal was delicious and unforgetable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Galway Bay and will return there one day soon I hope. It is a child friendly hotel which made life easy. There is a lovely big conservatory area with lots of tables and chairs which was great to sit and relax in especially with the kids. The swimming pool and changing was all lovely and clean. Food was very good and reasonable as we had dinner included in our booking.
We really enjoyed our stay. We thought the hotel was beautiful and definately good value for money. We were also very impressed with the restaurant, the food was fabulous and the service was very good and the prices very reasonable. We've already recommended the hotel to a lot of people!
