My daughter and I spent one night at the Forster Court Hotel in Galway this past week and we have nothing bad to say about our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's an older hotel and shows signs of wear and tear, but that gives it charm. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable room walking distance to Eyre Square.
Nice Hotel, very much in the center of Galway. Room was quite and very large. Breakfast was fine/good average.

Excellent reception staff, good value for money, comfortable rooms. Wireless access did not work in my room - could be a one-off though.
4 of us stayed 1 night on a b & b basis - rooms very comfortable, bath towels need to be larger, breakfast was good.
The location of the hotel is really good as it is near to everything. The accomodation was very clean and breakfast was lovely. The bar staff and reception staff were really helpful and friendly and even checked train timetables for us.
Fantastic hotel, the most enjoyable I have ever been to. The staff were fabulous, the rooms spacious and compfortable, the location couldn't have been better and the breakfasts were great! We didn't eat dinner there but we noticed that the prices were very reasonable. We found the hotel excellent value for money and would definately recommend it to everyone!

The Foster court hotel is memorable for the high standard of friendly and professional staff. The best I have met in any hotel recently.
The hotel was furnished excellently & it's location was perfect for getting around galway without the need for a taxi etc. Will definitely be returning soon!
My wife and I were really impressed at the value for money. Breakfast was excellent. ditto staff. As am slightly disabled, I appreciated the very central location. We would certainly recommend the Court to friends on short visits to Galway.
