Will go back again - Hotel night entertainment very good - Bedroom was a little small - Was a delay for breakfast on second morning - approx 20 mins.
Everything was terrific...the staff,the service. Friendly, efficient, responsive.
Excellent. Only poor thing was shutters coming down in the bar at closing time, even for residents. Could still order a drink, but the ambience was lost.
Great babysitting service and extremely friendly staff. Decor of rooms was very out dated, but clean and comfortable.
We found the staff, one and all, to be friendly and helpful. It would have been helpful to have had an iron in the room.

The rooms are small enough, but very well equipped and maintained. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room was very effective and easy to use. The staff are very helpful and friendly - 10/10. The full Irish breakfast was good, and I was delighted to be served a pot of good coffee instead of just a cup.
Very helpful in booking tours and maknig suggestions related to sight-seeing!
The hotel was in good order, the room was clean. The staff was always polite and informative. The comment I have is that it would be nice if the room had a refridgerator and an iron. It would also be nice if there was a facility to do 'personal' laundry instead of having to send to out.
The front desk staff was very accomodating with a need we had for non-smoking room (due to allergic to smoke) when we were assigned a smoking room.

The room was top notch and could not be faulted, indeed, the bed was absolutely superb, the best nights sleep on my many travels to all corners of the globe.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in Flannery's Hotel for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and the hotel was welcoming. Our room was a nice size and was very clean. The food in the restauraunt was very good.
The stay was absolutely fantastic, the staff were so polite & helpful with whatever we needed & it was very well located with easy access to Galway city. All in all an extremely enjoyable stay!!

Really enjoyed - from the second I booked in staff were always willing to help in anyway they could - food was excellent - music in bar excellent - residents bar great craic and atmosphere - fabulous sing song.
Superb stay, food was great, room was perfect and overall had a great nights sleep.
Ideal for sightseeing within walking distance of city /bars resturants shopping centre and cinemas ten minutes walk from hotel.
