Because of the snoring of the next room, we asked to change our room and It has been done in ten minutes. So that is good BUT the sound proofing is bad anyway.
I felt it was very reasonable and i would deffitnetly go back again the staff were very nice and helpful made us feel right at home

Friendly staff at Reception and the staff who cleaned the rooms were excellent and unobtrusive. No problems encountered and really enjoyed our stay.
Our overall opinion of Days Hotel Galway was very good. Personally we didnt like the shower in the bath and there was no bath mat which was quiet dangerous but overall both the staff and facilities were very good.

Disturbance by a group of residence during the first night which went on for a very long time. After complaining to the manager the next morning, they kindly moved us to a much more comfortable block into luxurious suites with no extra cost. They also were very apologetic about the incident. We were very grateful for the quick and excellent response
Pro: Light spacy rooms, nice facilities, room safes. Cons: Restaurant is just OK, extra charges for some services, free internet only in a lobby.
