our room was fine, clean and comfortable which is what we wanted. met the owner on check in and he was very pleasant although upon checking out the lady the served us shouldn't have been in customer service!she didn't say hello, or enquire as to how our stay was but told us the total outstanding on the bill, which we paid before she promptly walked away not even saying thanks! i realise the owners can't be there all the time but i would recommend they employ people that represent them well..
