The atmosphere of quality pervades the entire estate, from the beautiful grounds to the relaxing lounges, superb restaurants and award winning bars. The Connemara Coast Hotel is in county Galway. From Galway, follow signs for Clifden and then Oughterard. At the junction with Headford Road you take the third exit. At the next roundabout, take the second exit, signposted for Spiddal. Follow signs for Coast Road/Spiddal and as you drive through Barna, you’ll see signs for Furbo and the Connemara Coast Hotel, which will be on the left hand side.

The rooms within the Connemara Coast Hotel range from deluxe, to executive suite, to presidential suite, but all are lavishly furnished. The presidential suite features a split level lounge with turf fire and a sun trap balcony from which you can enjoy views of the Aran Islands and the Clare coast.

Facilities

The Connemara Coast Hotel features two restaurants. Both the Gallery and the Daily overlook Galway Bay and feature a wide range of international dishes, blended with the best of fresh local produce. The relaxing melodies of the baby grand piano will aid the digestion.
There are also two great pubs to help wind down after a long day of sight-seeing, the Players cocktail bar and the award winning Sin Sceal Eile, which features the best of Irish traditional music on certain evenings.

The Connemara Coast Hotel features the Coast Club Leisure Centre that was the first such facility to earn the Quality mark. The Club features some spectacular views over the bay, as does the entire hotel, but to do it from an outdoor Canadian hot tub.
