This family friendly premises welcomes children over the age of five but doesn’t allow hen/stag parties. Each room contains the following as standard – TV, hair dryer, fresh towels and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests have access to the gardens and private parking is available. There is an extensive breakfast menu to choose from including a choice of a continental or traditional breakfast.
There is so much to see and do around Galway and Abhog is the ideal base to tour it from. Galway Cathedral is a prominent landmark in the city which boasts many different types of architecture including the dome and pillars which are in Renaissance style. To really capture Galways extraordinary beauty, take a scenic drive through some of its fantastic landscape. For something different, take a day to tour the Aran Islands which are located just off the Galway coast. In the evening, soak up Galway city’s atmosphere in its wonderful pubs and restaurants.
