Lough Corry is a mountain lough situated in Lisnaskea Forest. It is a developed fishery and holds a good stock of brown trout to 3lb, many of which are wild trout. Boats, without outboards, are allowed on Lough Corry, which is about 16 acres in area. Shore fishing is also good. The lough is now in a very sheltered situation, being completely surrounded by trees. It has a good hatch of murrough and other small sedges with pale wings and green body and evening dry fly fishing in late May and June can be great fun and rewarding too. Corranny Lough is in the fork of the road north of Dernawilt crossroads. It has a number of fishing stands and it is possible to fish all round the shore. Corranny holds both brown and rainbow trout. The season for both loughs runs from 1 March to 30 September. There is a 4 trout bag limit and a 10 inch size limit. Permission required.
