Lattone Lough lies along the B52 Garrison-Belcoo road, almost 6 miles from Garrison. This is a lough of over 100 acres with the mountains of north Leitrim rising up to the south and the Fermanagh hills to the north. It is almost equally divided in an east-west direction by the border with the Republic of Ireland. It holds a fair stock of brown trout averaging a half lb and they can provide good lively fishing from May, especially in the evening. The banks are good, with a gravel shoreline.Standard wet fly patterns and small sedge pattern should produce results. Permission: Riparian owners.
