Location: It is signposted off the Dublin\Belfast road - 5km north of Swords.

Distance: 1km/.6miles.

Starting point: The monument at the northern end of Skerries main street where a side road leads to the shore.

Route: The southside of the walk marks the end of the beach. The island to the south is Shenick's island and it is possible to walk out to it at low tide. The rocks are flat at the eastern tip of the island. O...
