Location: Bus 45 goes to Cabinteely and Loughlinstown.

Distance:2.5km/1.5miles.

Starting point: Turn southeast at the traffic lights in Cabinteely and go down Brennanstown road. Half a mile from Cabinteely there is a signpost to Tully Church.

Route: Past the old churchyard the lane goes between modern gateposts. After this, you go between old hedges and the path turns sharply to the right. Continue uphill from the forest, the road is steep down to Heronford. You can return to the bus-stop by turning left at the main road and walking 2km to Loughlinstown.
