Could do a lot better. Internet access from the first room I had was almost non existent.
The only major complaint I have is the directions, which according to the staff we were given an old map giving the location on the N1 which apparently is no longer in use. We spent at least 30 - 40 mins looking for the hotel, and found it purely by chance.
Just what one needs just before taking a plane
WE ENJOYED OUR STAY, VERY COMFORTABLE, THE ONLY MOAN I WOULD HAVE IS THE HEAT IN THE BUILDING, WE HAD OUR WINDOWS OPEN ALL NIGHT AND THE CORRIDORS WERE FAR TOO HOT OTHER THAN THAT NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL.
Excellent for an overnight stay
Not very good. The rooms were expensive and very badly equiped. We had one measly bar of soap and no shampoo, body wash etc which is normally provided in hotels of this nature. We also had no hairdryer. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable however.
We had one night here before travelling on out of Dublin Airport so we had little interaction with the staff and area. One thing that was missing was soap etc. in the bathroom, one tiny bar between three people just wasn't enough.
Liked its location to the airport. Rooms were very spacious. Air conditioning would have been a help because I found room very clamy as weather was hot.
Location was great. The restaurant exceeded expectations for an "airport" hotel. Room size was good.
I thought the facilities were very clean, the room was spotless & staff were very pleasant and helpful
Good for the price.Helpful staff.
Liked about Travelodge, near airport and other services lots to choose from. All we wanted is clean, cheap accomadation not far from Fairyhouse Race Course and near airport for our flights, which is what we got at Travelodge dont see the point of high price hotels with all the frills just for a few nights. Keep up the good work, keep it clean, keep it cheap, keep it friendly. Regards
Very suitable if you need to take an early flight from Airport. Offered to get early morning taxi service without prompting
The Travel Lodge is very clean and the staff welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay there. The local shopping centre is very close at hand as are the main street for shopping in Swords.
Very poor. At the airport I had to wait outside in the cold for almost two hours for a cab! There were no buses or courtesy pickup at night. I was tired, cold, and miserable. The hotel is poorly maintained. The room was cold upon entering, too cold to take a bath. It warmed up after a couple hours. The towel bar did not heat. There were no toiletries except for a small bar of soap, and I had to pay 64 Euros for one person! The personnel at the hotel were fine. My bus ride back to the airport was fine, and what I saw outside seemed most attractive
The reception staff were very helpful as I need to print of a document and the did this for me. The Internet access could do with the ability to print or send to the desk printer with permission.
All staff were fine The travel lodge was adequate for our needs
One minor problem - no lift at the hotel, and also an airport shuttle service would be good
Idealy located and easy to find. Would definately use Travelodge again.
Not for a luxury hotel break but it was great value for money as a stop-over hotel as it's very near the airport.
Handy to transport. good.
Convenient.
Great location for airport and bus service to Dublin Center.
This was the first time we had stayed at a Travelodge and found it excellent value for money.
Affordable and convenient.
We have only stayed there one night, it was comfortable, and good for our needs (close to the airport, not expensive).
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel was in a very convenient location and easy to get to. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Nice place to stay overnight before going home from the airport, but not too many stores etc around. Nice restaurant adjacent, though.
Good value for money.
Good!
It served our purpose. We were looking for a place to sleep overnight that was close to the airport as we had an early flight. It was clean and the restaurant provided a filling meal at a reasonable price. It was not advertised as a luxury hotel. It was what we needed.
You get what you pay for and if you need is a bed for the night it is clean and more than adequate.
Very close and cheap option near airport with good value for money.
The staff was very helpful.
I arrived very late at night due to a delayed flight but the staff that greeted me were very friendly. The room was very comfortable.
Took city bus from airport to the hotel . . . difficult to cross busy intersection.....accomodations were fine. had a nice shower!
Handy for catching early flights out of airport for a reasonable rate. Airport bus was handy too.
Did not avail or look into local amenities, as we were using airport.
wasn't as close to the airport as i thought. Right beside a busy roundabout, with no pathway beside it for crossing the road in order to go to Swords village. Very clean hotel and the staff were very friendly, which makes a big difference when staying away from home. No all night service for food
Just suitable for travel from the airport. Functional hotel.
Fine.
Basic but good value for money.
