Clean and warm friendly staff.
The staff in the restaurant on the first day of our stay were unhelpful - we didn't know that it was a self service restauraunt, and rather than tell us, the staff let us sit in there for 25 minutes until we got up and left. The housekeeping staff didn't wash the cups in our room - they were rinsed out in the sink rather than washed and still had tea stains in them from our morning cuppas.. We were unable to raise this with the reception staff as there was only one member of staff available who was busy with a customer and we had to get our taxi to the airport. Other than this, the hotel was clean and comfortable. They don't have any storage facilities for luggage, but can offer an early check in with a 10 euro charge if your room is available. We checked in at 9am rather than 3pm.
Staff were very helpful and friendly rooms were spacious and very clean would definately stay again.

Very convenient to the airport, and a very comfortable room, just what we needed. The secure parking underneath the Travelodge is a very good idea and reassuring (we noted a guard patrolling inside it both at night and very early morning). The area is very mixed, as indicated by other travelers. Just behind it is a very poorly maintained apartment complex, while in front of it are good shopping and business complexes. Although we were initially concerned, we had no problems in the area.
It was convenient and comfortable although the room was a bit noisy and we heard revelers outside, even though we were up on the second floor.
Great location for airport. Airline information screen in lobby excellent idea but wasnt working. Would stay again.

We liked very much: the spacious room and the information concerning tinetables etc. given by the staff.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was less than helpful with information regarding bus schedules and maps of the city. When I called from the airport, I was told that a room would likely be ready in an hour for an early check-in. It took two and half hours, even though I saw many people check out in that period of time. Rooms are great; customer service needs some work.
Excellent value for money.. Clean, good location and hotel was new and modern.
