Great location next to Phoenix Park, close enough to walk to all the historic sites if you like but also very close to the Hop On - Hop Off tour bus stop for those who don't. The room (twin) was comfortable (though the pillows were rather hard) and even had a hair dryer. The breakfasts were among the best we ate - very good sausages and bacon, eggs cooked to order, lovely whole meal toast. Our hostess, Grainne, was very helpful in arranging taxis and providing information, and even provided a hot breakfast and coffee at 7:15 a.m. (very early for an Irish B&B) so that we would be well fed before leaving for an early flight. Highly recommend this B&B for an economical and friendly stay in Dublin.
