Clean comfortable room, good breakfast, pleasant staff and landlady, good location for RDS but a little out of the city centre. Would recommend to friends and use again if in the area.

Would like to recommend that facilities to make tea/coffee in the room be added. Was surprised that this was not available, as is normal in most B & B's nowadays.

We just stayed for one night in transit from our week in Galway; We had to leave early so no breakfast

well situated for the Dart service as only about 5 minutes from Lansdowne station and several buses also within a short walk. There are 5 pubs within a few minutes walk and a fair range of eating places around the Ballsbridge junction (10-12 mins walk) All told I found the premises entirely satisfactory and competitively priced ...a little more of a "genial host" ambience would not go amiss ...becauseI felt that the landlady's somewhat business-like approach was lacking warmth and the expected Irish charm........

We found the accomodation pretty good no really complaints. It was fairly easy to find.

This was our only experience with a B&B which was unsatisfactory. There was no resident manager. The location was difficult to find. There were no toiletries in the en-suite. There was no coffee/tea making facility in the room. Our impression was that this facility was only slightly better than a hostel.

Clean, simple, quiet, well-located. The Irish breakfast we were served on the first of our two day stay was very nice. However, we had to leave quite early (7:00 a.m.) on our second and last day. Our breakfast was reduced to do-it-yourself instant coffee and cereal. I think we should have had a bit of a refund for that.
