From Galway, Cork, Belfast Dublin Airport. Take the M50 Southbound Take the Cherrywood Industrial Estate Exit. This brings you onto the R118. Take the first roundabout, take the forth exit (Killiney/Dalkey direction). At the first traffic lights take a left (This is Adelaide Road). St Ann’s (No.81) is about half way down, on the left.
Enjoy a fresh morning walk before breakfast along the beautiful pier and promenade. Visit Martello Tower, which was home to the Irish writer, James Joyce or visit the Historic House of Dalkey. Chinese take away and quality restaurants are all located nearby. Tennis, golf and hill walking can all be enjoyed locally. A series of seven guided walks make up the Dun Laoghaire Way, starting from Blackrock through Dun Laoghaire to Dalkey, Killiney and Loughlinstown. There are also some special interest trails including a literary walk and two archaeological trails.
Saint Ann's B&B is close to Dun Laoghaire Harbour and Ferry Port, Eagle House Pub, restaurants, dart, train station and the Number 7 bus stop to Dublin city centre.

The feel of the place was very homely and we were made to feel very welcome. Would recommend to others. The owner was very helpful and would gladly give us tips on where to go etc. The breakfast was lovely and the range of options was first class.
