We arrived and had booked a twin room - on the hotel system it was booked as a double room but this was corrected at reception. As the room was only booked for 2 adults we requested if a third person could stay in the room. This was of no trouble and a third bed was got for the room - reception staff more than helpful and nothing a problem. Kristina from housekeeping was extremely pleasant when she arrived at the room with extra bed, brought us extra towels and pillows with no problem. One memeber of the bar staff was extremely helpful also getting us food when he was very busy, and made sandwiches to our specification! A very nice touch were the apples received at the turn down service and the complimetary newspaper Sunday morning. Would highly recommend this hotel
Excellent. The services were great. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good. Design and layout of hotel very impressive. Very central location.
