Friendly and welcoming, Brasserie de Verres en Vers is a contemporary, French-style, all-day brasserie and bar, whose name translates as ‘poetry in a glass’. Seating up to 120 guests, the emphasis is on classic French bistro fare, which also incorporates Irish elements and ingredients, with a focus on fresh quality produce.
Guests can also enjoy a wide range of French Wines, Champagnes, Aperitifs & Digestifs. It’s that little taste of France on a plate, in a glass. It’s about those special things in life, which happen to be French.
The all-day lounge bar is called Sure, an affectionate reference to the Irish love of the word in all its meaning, is a stylish new bar. Sure is a style bar with an Irish theme, which offers an all day menu with something to suit all occasions. Sure has a very special Vintage Room, a glazed room furnished with a uniquely dramatic Waterford Crystal table for occasional tutored tasting or private events and soirees, where the finest selection of extremely rare Vintage whiskeys are available.
With an in-house DJ at the weekends playing mellow music and with talented cocktail staff bringing an entertaining element of theatre to the proceedings, this new bar is the perfect relaxed and informal place to meet friends, either for a quite drink or to enjoy a night out in style.
Our 15 professionally designed rooms are spread over 873 sq meters and can accommodate from 2 - 400 delegates. Goldsmiths Hall Ballroom/Conference room is located on the ground floor, holding up to 400 delegate’s theatre style or 270 guests banqueting style, and can be divided into three separate sections, with a spacious pre-function area directly outside the room.
Within our meeting centre, there are two executive boardrooms, four dedicated meeting rooms and one video conferencing suite. The hotel can also offer three syndicate rooms.
The Sky Suite on the 7th floor, which has private lift access and offers panoramic views over Dublin City Centre, can be used as an executive reception/meeting room and bar and is available for private hire.
