Convenience to the airport and courtesy of the staff.

Very pleased with it. Shuttle was on time. Personnel helpful and food was good. Enjoyed the large household shopping Center across the street.

Couldnt have asked for more. The hotel was excellent value for money.

I liked the transportation to and from airport.

I very much disliked that they did not have bathtubs, had no smoking rooms, did not have room service, had grossly over priced wireless access. Postively, the hotel was very clean and warm.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely clean and spacious and the shower was amazing.

Very clean, spacious room. Great value. Easy access and good parking. Excellent staff. Cooked food was poor.

Great Room Quality and friendly/helpful staff

We arrived,having had our flight delayed for many hours. The rain was sluicing down and we felt that Dublin was the back of beyond. However, the night porter welcomed us, upgraded our room at no extra cost and, having spent what was left of the night in one of the fabled Premier beds, awoke refreshed and ready ( after an excellent breakfast) to see the sights of the city. Thank you Premier

The people were really helpful, courteous, patient and friendly. My cousin and I really appreciate our stay and will recommend anyone using your facility.

The rooms (we stayed twice-on the first and last leg of our trip) were lovely and immaculate. The staff was always pleasant, helpful and friendly and that included everyone from the gentleman that picked us up at the airport to everyone at the front desk to the wait staff to the woman that cleaned our room.

Very nice and quiet room. However the restaurant didn't offer a large enough choice : the food and the service were just ordinary. Surprising compared to the level of the accommodation.

We were very pleased.
