Location was very convenient for Dublin city and train station. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Not too sure about luminous red in corridors or wash basin in room rather than bathroom.
Central location and proximity to the Luas. The rooms didn't really like the all that much.
The hotel was a complete surprise. I am from Dublin and had never been there before. Love the funky decor. Was disappointed that the viewing tower in the hotel was closed.
No complaints. Hotel booked tours and looked after cases when departing - good service.
We had breakfast both days of our stay, It was a great pity that the excellent Irish food was ruined by (a) being only luke warm and (b) the plates offerred to eat your breakfast were ice cold which did nothing to keep the luke warm food hot in a cold area. A dissapointment, as we had really enjoyed the Irish breakfasts in all the other establishments we stayed in during our trip.
We arrived on saturday and there was only one person working in reception, he had to check in people and check out people and answer phones which was too much for one person, I had booked a twin room for my friend and I but we got a double room, but we did not complain as I do not think that there was any other room available at the time, it was about one o clock. The hotel does not provide parking. On the plus side the hotel was very clean and very comfortable and very quite which was great.
