We stayed on the fourth floor which only had two rooms ours being a triple. The room itself was really big as was the bathroom, nicely decorated and very clean. My only complaint was that there were doors leading onto a small balcony which could be used by both rooms, so whoever was in the other room had to walk past our room to access it.So it meant at night in the heat for security reasons we closed all windows and it was styfilling with 3 in the room.Apart from that 1 thing our stay was perfect.

The hotel was adequate, but the location was great for shopping and going out in temple bar. However, it is not a hotel for a quite weekend as the bar downstairs is very loud at night

There was no minibar in the the room, I think that would have added to our stay but it wasn't essential. We did order room service one evening (within the times that the information book said, but reception had to ring us back to tell us that they had closed the kitchens!)

Hotel Reply

This is a 3 star hotel so no minibar required as per TAMS, depends on time food was ordered.

The Hotel was beautiful and we stayed on the top floor so we didn't have any noise but I did hear one man very angry about his room being directly over the disco and I don't blame him for that. It's not the kind of hotel you to for a quiet break even though the rooms are beautiful, as it is Temple Bar. However, most tourists wouldn't be aware of just how noisy Temple Bar is particularly at weekends and this should be made clearer.

I thought the hotel was great! Brilliant location and best price I found for 3 star hotel in Dublin! Only problem was there was only one electricity socket in my bedroom which was beside the kettle. I thought this was strange as most people need plug sockets for phone/camera/ipod chargers, hair dryers/straighteners etc. I think there should have been at least two sockets.Only a small problem though. I would still definately reccomend the hotel
