It was a flying visit so little time to enjoy the hotel. However, whilst we were greeted in a very friendly and helpful way we had a couple of less pleasant experiences. Firstly when we came back to the room late after our show the bathroom bin was still full of blood stained tissues. The art on the wall was damaged - the picture, a collage, had slipped all over the frame - so it made the room look dirty. And when we checked out the girl on the desk ignored us for a while before we had to interrupt her to check us out - there was no apology. We complained about the room and she said it would get reported but nothing was written down so we were dubious as to whether it would be reported. Unlikely to stay there again. OH and finally, after reading all the reviews, we had asked to be in the new part of the hotel and were put in the old part with no explanation or apology. When we went to check out we were told this was about to be refurbished. Too late for us of course.
