Excellent service and staff very welcoming
The couple of gentlemen that worked the front desk did not represent Ireland's reputation for welcome very well. They seemed very snooty and their tone was abrupt.
Staff all very friendly and helpful.
We were only at the hotel one night.We did not visit the restaurant or bar so I cant comment on that.We found the room clean and comfortabe.The reception staff were polite and efficent.The location was perfect 10 minute walk to Grafton Street.

Nice hotel. Good location. Unfortunately the car park is a few minutes walk away so I ended up getting wet on the way to collecting it. I would go back though. Bar food was lovely too.
Hotel was 100% but when I booked it I assumed that complementary car parking was free. It was a suprise to learn that I had to pay for it. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpfull.
As my wife says, half of the battle is being near "down town". We found the O CALLAGHAN DAVENPORT HOTEL very respectable. No regrets! In fact, we met a lady on the elevator who had attended the same University as my wife (University of Toledo). Of course, we never rate anything at the highest mark. Why? Because if we look long enough, we may just find something that is better. To be candid, we recommend the O Callaghan Davenport Hotel as a nice place to stay. The staff was very nice to deal with.

THE ROOM AND PUBLIC AREAS WERE BEAUTIFUL, AND THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.
Overall good and I would stay there again.
