Nice beds, nice rooms... no fridge. Staff were helpful, but thought the hotel was very un-irish!... lack of character.

The hotel was in a very good location only a stones throw from Grafton Street. It was very easy to find and the Air Coach stops just around the corner from it on Merrion Square. The rooms were modern and the bed very comfortable. In terms of location you couldnt get a better hotel and it was very good value for money for a city centre hotel.

Rooms nice but the beds would be a lot better if they had quilts instead of blankets.
Excellent first impression and a good weekend rate (by Dublin Standards). Being from Shannon, all Dublin hotels are naturally more expensive than this side of the country for the same quality of service.
Very pleasent and helpful staff, especial for a Dublin hotel. Menu could have had more choices and prior notice of the parking arrangements would be useful as spent 15 minutes driving around trying to get parked nearby before discovering we passed the carpark twice.
Really enjoyed the stay. We will definitely return.
