Featuring three lovers, seven songs, and eight roles for our narrator, Metsanskayia St. No. 3 is a Russian romantic triangle as seen through Greek eyes. Set in 1926 Moscow during an acute housing crisis, this very unique production is a funny and serious piece of theatre, incorporating silent film slapstick, farce, melodrama, Russian realism, and brushstrokes of the American musical to create a bittersweet tale for adults.
