Bartosz Kolata - Places Between - FINAL WEEK This is the final week of the solo exhibition of recent paintings by the Polish artist Bartosz Kolata. The freshness and intensity of his palette and the crispness of his technique combined with his quirky sense of humour make for an interesting body of work. Bartosz Kolata was awarded 1st prize Irish Art Award 2007, Final and Awards Ceremony, Digital Hub, Dublin. (2007). He also received 2nd prize in the RPA Art Competition, Dublin (2007) Bartosz Kolata was born on Torun, Poland in 1979 and is now living and working in Dublin. In 2006 he graduated from the Nicholaus Copernicus University in Torun with a Masters degree in conservation and restoration. The Lemonstreet Gallery is pleased to present a solo exhibition of his recent paintings. Exhibition opened by Brian Maguire.
