Room and bathroom were very clean. Shower was good too. However I booked a double room and we recieved a twin room. Lock on door badly needed to be replaced, the room felt a bit unsafe. Good value for money but I would not stay again.
It was fine. The room was nice and clean. It served the purpose of what I was looking for. i would have liked tea/coffee making facilities.
No lift. Not ideal with a heavy case.
Staff were not very friendly. Said good morning and was totally ignored, checkout with out a word being said amazing. TV control was out of batteries. Good value for money though.
The staff was really friendly and the location was great! It was really affordable, too, so it was a great find! Traffic noise from the street was my only qualm, but the positives far outweighed that one negative.
Ideal location; great, friendly staff willing to help at all hours, rooms clean and pleasant. No frills, very affordable. Maybe you could use a spare room key. I'll recommend you to all my friends.
Little bit shabby considering the price. But the location was excellent for where I wanted to be.
Was told tea making facilities were in room, but there was'nt.also we were put in a room on top floor of hotel with no lift only stairs. We both suffer with arthritis. I would have thought our ages would have been taken into account in room location. Overall we did enjoy our stay!
Nice bedroom and good value! I will recomend it!
The hotel has a very good location, in a nice area, close to anything worth to see. Rooms are correct, clean. We had no particular contact to the staff, and did not use neither the services of the hotel, nor got into the bar and restaurant.
My opinion is very good, the hotel is just in the city center and the price is OK.
All - OK, perfect. Just view from our window - poor, and a bit noisy... But in general - perfect!
It was my second stay in the hotel and I would recommend it due to its central location, friendly staff and cleanliness. I would advise anyone staying to ask for a room that doesnt face the street (I didnt do this the first time) in order to get a good nights sleep as a lot of the bus routes operate via Kildare Street. The staff were very accomodating in this regard. The hotel itself was quite hot. Very good value for money.
Hotel was very clean. The guy who gave us our key was very nice as was the girl the next morning. Night porter was rude and not a bit nice. But then he wasn't Irish. Very very good value for money. Had a nice time.
The room was not well-ventilated. We didn't inform the hotel staff.
the staff were very friendly and helped us to find our way around dublin.
It was very good. I will choose it next time too.
The hotel was in an really good central location. It was clean and the staff really friendly. It was a cheap price for such a good location but the right price for the hotel.this was reflected in the hotel rooms. We booked 3 rooms for 6 of us, one room had a rotten window that was painted shut but we managed to open with a handy blokey tool, and another a radiator that was burning hot but we managed to turn that off with the same tool! The hotel was really hot in general. For the price we paid it was absolutely fine, better than basic, even had hairdryers and lovely clean towels and bedding and the carpets seemed fairly new and the bathrooms were lovely. I definately recommend it and would stay here again.
Friendly people
Location and value for money was excellent. Walking distance to city centre saved on taxis. Room was functional.
It was a small hotel and very limited staff, so at times it was difficult to get to the room as no one was at the desk to "buzz" the door.
