The hotel was in an excellent location, within walking distance of all the best shopping areas and sights. The staff were helpful and the rooms were great. We really enjoyed our stay, so much so that we booked an extra night the day before we were meant to check out!

walking distance to town which meant we did not have to get taxis/hop on buses to some main areas that we wanted to go and see. The room was ok but as there wer 3 of us in the room we had to keep calling down for extra towels, pillows, cups, milk so in that instance although the booking was one room it was for 3 people as at check in this was confirmed. A friend found that the pillows were not that comfortable.

The location was great for day trips to the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle area.

Very nice hotel. Just slightly off the hustle and bustle of the city center, but easy to get to with a short walk. We would've liked to stay in Dublin and extra day or two, but we chose to see more of the country than the city. Maybe next time. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and the staff was kind. But we had to be taken to another hotel because our room had been given to other people :-(. we had to go back to the hotel next morning and it was an annoying arrival.

Hotel was excelent, staff very friendly and helpfull. Only one complaint residents bar shuts at 1.30 which for people that do not want night clubs (young and Old) is very early. Parking a small problem.

Fantastic hotel in good location just 10 minute walk into Centre. Stayed here for a concert which we got a cab to but walked back which felt very safe & took around 35 minutes.

The place was spotless and the room was cleaned on both days we were there and fresh towels were given. The bath and shower were excellent especially since it rained constantly on our 2nd day and we were soacked through, so a nice warm bath was appreciated! Location couldn't be better,there was a Tesco straight facing the hotel and the main shopping street "Henry St" was just round the corner.
