No major problems but I'm a fairly light sleeper and we had a van reversing outside the hotel (or it may have been an alarm) fairly early for about 20 mins both mornings (thurs and fri). We had to ask for more milk for the tea and coffee in our room as there's a limited supply, but the staff were happy to provide it. Really close to O'Connell St. so very central. Clean and tidy rooms with a good shower.

I liked the service, we were supposed to check in at 3 but they let us check in at 8 in the morning. Really liked that after a flight.
The hotel was excellent and good value for money. Very pleased and would stay there again. Very convenient to shops and we felt safe.
The hotel was satisfactory and the staff were lovely. I thought it was a bit expensive but it is in the middle of Dublin and we stayed on New Year's Eve. The rooms were a bit plain and breakfast wasn't included.
I found the hotel to be of a very good standard and quality. We booked a triple room and found the room to be very spacious. The room also had tea nd coffee making facilities along with a hair dryer and also Dove shampoo and body wash with the room. I would recommend this to a friend and will stay here again if i go to Dublin.
No frills good standard accomodation. They happily held on to out luggage after check-out as we went off shopping which was excellent. I didn't think enough towels were supplied though and the phone exchange between rooms was not working. The hairdryer was too small. We liked the ice machine.
Great location, modern hotel with very helpful staff.
Very clean and fresh hotel. staff were excellent and a credit to the company. The facility to hold on to your luggage after check out is a real winner not often found in other hotels. All staff very accommodating.

I did not use the Bar/Restaurant so cannot comment, but I found the staff helpful and I like the free and easy, come and go as your like, atmosphere of the hotel.

It's a fabulous hotel. The best of comfort and the staff are fantastic and friendly. The staff do their upmost to satisfy your every need no matter what it may be. The rooms are very elegant for the low price rate which come to nothing when three of you share a room. The hotel is central and is only minutes away from all the cities bars and clubs. The food is tasty in the hotels resturant and there is a wide choice to suit everyones needs. I stayed in Jurys all over the city numerous times and always recommed it to my frinds. thank you john
