Basic apart from great location would not go back. Could not get my car out at ten on sunday morning
The only thing that annoyed me was checkin. A queue built up because there was only one person on check in and no one else in sight It took nearly 15 minutes to check in which was not good. Room was fine and breakfast was fine
When leaving i informed staff that one of the bed room windows was broken and letting in alot of air but apart from that when we return we will request the same room, we were very impressed.
Very good location, good room for the money
Not child friendly at all. Manageress on duty didn't want children in the hotel bar had to sit in the lobby with doors opening in the extreme cold. Pity cos good location. Breakfast poor especially the continental option, very little fruit no cheese one type of yoghurt for 9.50 euro
Staff are really nice and location is great.
Beautiful view of Christchurch Cathedral. Rooms not very clean.
They were very helpful as we had booked 2 rooms for 4 people but had an extra person, this was no problem & they gave us extra sheets & towels.
Although you couldn't beat the location, the rooms were dated, the carpets were dirty and the ventilation system was inadequate. Pretty expensive for the quality - also would have liked an in-room fridge. Staff, however, were courteous and helpful.
The standard of the room was average, bit outdated. Nothing available in Bathroom e.g showercap!! Breakfast not included at 109 per night.
the location is excellent, within walking distance to almost everything.
The facilities met our needs for the most part, a bed for each of us and central to everything in center city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Late at night they had security in the lobby checking keys and maintaining order.
Room dated and a slight musty smell. Ok for one night. Would not reccomend for a lenghty stay
I thought that it was very poor for the money that was spent, €165 not including breakfast was very steep and then to have to pay €13 for parking was crazy. I am aware that Dublin is expensive but nearly €200 for what we got was not very satisfactory
I wasn't impressed with Jury's Christchurch. The staff were very nice and helpful, but the room was very basic, it was like a private room in a hostel. It was clean, and comfortable, but far too expensive, for that price I would want a bit more luxury. The location was excellent though.
It took a long time to check in, and we had to wait almost an hour for food which in turn delayed us for a taxi we had booked and also the show we went to see in the gaiety. Overall the accommodation was fair, rooms were very warm and cramped but staff were friendly and helpful.
It was good only we had a non smoking room there smoking rooms are on the first floor they should put it up on the highest floor when using the stairs you have to walk tru the smell and takes a long time to get ride of it it( we had non smoking rooms and like to use the stairs)
It was fine
