We enjoyed the location - walking distance to city centre and the hotel was quiet at night even though the rugby international was on in the city - enjoyed the breakfast too!
The check in clerk was rude and was not very accomodating. The two attending the conciege desk were extremely helpful when asked information, especially Fran.
I thought it was excellent value, loved the decor and rooms. We ate in the restaurant and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive.
Just a bit out of the way.
Good location. Friendly staff. Room service breakfast very overpriced compared to other hotels. 44 euros for 2 irish breakfasts!!
