We really enjoyed our stay, and thought it was very good value.
Excellent pleasant service and staff very helpful . Good location. Good price . Although my room did look out over a roof and an airconditioning system. Also I feel breakfast sunday morning could exctend to 11.00AM. Otherwise excellent stay and excellent hotel.

The hotel was very central to where we needed to go - the RDS. It would be good if there were tea and coffee facilities in the room.
WELL PRESENTED AND CLEAN - GREAT LOCATION
We like the hotel as it is usually quite quiet at night, the rooms are good and it is convenient for us. The Pavilion Restaurant in the hotel is very good. We only used it once but were impressed.

As I dont usually stay in expenisve hotels, this was a present to my mother...Her and I both thought it was just fantastic....a beautiful hotel and fulfilled all of the above.
Always found it great value for money...(except on rugby weekends) Management should consider a programme for returning customers.
