Music in the parks is a festival of music which takes place every year in the summer months between June and August. It is run by Dublin City Council and contains a wide variety of music ranging from jazz to pop to classical....

One of the more lively features of Dublin in the summer is its programme of regular band performances which take place on Sundays, in various parks in the city area. All tastes in music are catered for from classical to jazz.
Take time out to sit back and enjoy your favourite music in a Dublin city park....

Every Saturday there is a market held in the court yard of the Red Stables which is located in St. Annes Park.. The markets sells food which are in sesaon and organic. These are  sold and supplied by Irish producers.

There are also , Art work shops and a cafe for a relaxing and enjoyable Saturday afternoon of activities....

The early Irish attribute many great mythic and mystical events to the seasons and the traditional celebration of Samhain - or Halloween - marks the end of the Harvest Season, the approach of winter and the Celtic new year.

Along with Saint Patrick's, Samhain is one of the few genuinely Irish cultural traditions, attracting visitors the world over - any excuse to party....

Held in various outdoor and indoor venues throughout the city, a jam packed programme of family fun, music, markets, arts and culture for everyone!...

The South Docks Festival is organised by the Communities of City Quay and Westland Row. This year the festival will run from 21th - 25th July and will include a street party on 20th July and a Parade on Friday 25th July from Perase Street to Merrion Square.
Visitors are welcome and will enjoy the on street entertainment. Other events are organised for local elderly people and local children.
