Egans House is located in a quite residential area, yet close to the world famous Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Park, Croke Park, O2 Music Stadium and Glasnevin Cemetery & Visitor Centre.

North from O'Connell St following the traffic left onto Parnell Street and immediately swinging right up the hill. Turn right at traffic lights and continue straight along Dorset Street. After the railway bridge (over the road) take the 1st left onto St Alphonsus Road then turn right at the 2nd roundabout.

Egans Guesthouse consists of 23 beautiful bedrooms, all of which contain ensuite facilities. The bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated throughout ensuring a restful and pleasant break away. Guests can enjoy the short stroll to the world famous Botanical Gardens and Phoenix Park, which is the largest city park in Europe and is home to Dublin Zoo. We have arranged for our guests a special 10% discount on food and drinks in 2 local bars/restaurants.
Croke Park is just 1 mile from Egans House. The Point (O2) Depot is also nearby, which is ideal for those attending concerts and shows. The RDS, which is the main business event centre, is also nearby as is the newly constructed Landsdowne Road stadium where international rugby and soccer will be played from 2010. Both the RDS and Lansdowne Road are easily accessible via the local train service (DART).
Major championship golf courses such as Portmarnock Links, Royal Dublin and St. Margaret's are just 20/30 minutes away by car.
Guests can enjoy a night of entertainment and live music in Dublin’s Trendy Temple Bar. Buses run every 5 minutes to the city centre, the last bus is at 11.30pm but the night-link bus runs until 4am and departs every half an hour.
