Dublin City Travelodge
We are located to the South of the city centre, just 12 km from Dublin Airport. To get to us, you can choose from a number of options:
Public transport – From the Airport take the Aircoach (€10 return) to Trinity College Stop in the City Centre. Following the walls of the college around to Nassau Street, locate the number 14, 14A, 14B, 15, 15A, 15B – these buses will stop right outside the door of Rathmines Capital Taxi service - Outside of the arrivals hall there is a taxi rank. Standard taxis carry 4 persons, but you can request a seven seater. All taxis are metered, expect to pay approx €30 to get to us.

Within Walking Distance

Rathmines is a vibrant part of Dublin city, Stephens Green is a short ten minute walk while most of the cities attractions are within a short distance of the premises. Ranelagh Luas Station ( Dublin's metro) is 1km from the Dublin City Travelodge. The Luas runs from Sandyford Business and Industrial centre to the centre of the city passing Dundrum, Europe's largest indoor shopping centre. Some of Dublin's most popular restaurants bars and night clubs are located in Rathmines.

Overall, I was very pleased with the accommodation. It was a very spacious room, was clean, and the hotel was well located in terms of the concert and going into town afterwards. Reception were also very friendly and helpful with regards finding parking, arriving later than we had indicated online, and calling taxis.

Dublin City Travelodge has limited parking, please contact the hotel to reserve.  Continental breakfast is served from 7am. With the variety of Dublin’s restaurants and Café’s at our door step there is plenty of choice for lunch and dinner.
