DeSelby's is owned and managed by John MacManus and Eleanor Connolly who between them have many years experience in the hospitality business.
Their policy is to use only the best ingredients availabe and never to compromise on quality. According to Eleanor; "We work hard to give our customers what they want, we are children friendly and to use a well known Irish phrase our customers are always assured of a Cead Mile Failte' at De Selby's.

Description
De Selby's restuarant situated in the heart of Dun Laoghaire is well known for it's warm friendly atmosphere and superb cuisine at affordable prices. Familiies are particularily welcome and a children's menu is available each evening.
The menu at De Selby's is very extensive with emphasis on fresh fish and game in season. You will also find traditional Irish dishes such as Bacon and Cabbage and Irish Stew as well as exciting chefs' specials changed daily on the blackboard. The restaurant is fully licensed and has a very keenly priced wine list with the new world wines given prominence.
During the summer months, weather permitting, there is a most interesting outdoor eating area (built to resemble an Irish street from 40 years ago.)
