The Central Library services include general lending and reference facilities, public internet access, the music library, business library and the open learning centre.

Other services include, computer learning, language learning, conversation exchange in Irish, English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish and Russian.

Items available on loan include Records, Cassets, Copact Discs, Books, song Collections. The reference section includes Groves Dictionary, Magazines and a Song index.
