The staff on the front desk were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was terrific, again, great staff. We got a smoking room without being asked which was a bit smelly. Other than that the room was OK, a little cramped.
Room service was very good and staff nice and friendly.
Staff the friendliest you would meet anywhere. Free internet station a welcome bonus. Walls in bedrooms are paper thin, be careful ! Breakfast, which is very good, starts too late, 07.30.
Helpful staff and comfortable room.
I have stayed in Cassidys Hotel twice and I have already recomended the hotel to a family member who has made a reservation because of it. I have no hesitation staying there again. Perfect location and the perfect price.
A very nice hotel, excellent location, friendly staff. Only minus was breakfast - nice food, but to much waiting to get seated. We plan to come back in sept/oct this year with group of 25 people.
We thought the hotel was in a good location to the hop on/hop off tours and was a short walking distance from everything else. It was also right in front of bus stops that could take you many places. The staff were friendly and tried to help. The room was clean and the safe worked properly. The temperature in the room was hard to figure out - we had the heat and AC running at the same time to be comfortable. There was no clock in the room.
Breakfast was only luke warm. Rooms are basic but meets what you would expect for 3 stars.
Overall a good hotel, a little disappointed with the evening meal we had here, but the breakfast were fine.
The hotel is in an ideal spot and we were allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel even though we arrived at 9.30am and same on our final day. We thought we had got a good deal through GoIreland then were upgraded to the Executive Wing at no extra cost by the hotel as no double bedrooms left by the time we officially checked in at 4pm. How lucky was that. The hotel staff gave us a complimentary map, which we used our whole stay, and couldn't have been more helpful whenever you asked a question.
Very friendly and the staff were most helpful
The hotel was quite close to a building site last summer so we had to change rooms. But the receptionist was kind enought ot help us with this problem. Otherwise it was ok, not luxurious but good enough.
If you are looking for a place right in the center go for Cassidys. Otherwise you can find better hotels outside the downtown.
We have stayed twice at this hotel,we feel at home due to the warm welcome, and the hotel is in a great location.
This hotel was well-situated, comfortable, and very good value for the money. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful. The room was bright and the bed and linens really comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the bathroom was above average. Although old, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. I thought it had charm and character and enjoyed my stay there very much.
It was brilliant and the hotel fabulous!
Comfortable, nice clean airy rooms, excellent location.
Quality hotel all round, close to all the shops in Dublin.
