Friendly and very helpful staff, very well presented meals and a very generous welcome.
We were informed that the breakfast starts at 7.00am and it was obvious that some guests had eaten before this time. When you hsve a plane to catch early then timing is crucial.It was dissappointing to find out that there was not shuttle bus service considering that the Hotel was only 2KMs from the Airport and yes I did mention this to staff.

The food in the restaurant was out of this world and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the heating for the rooms is by an airconditioning unit which we had to discover ourselves when we got back to a freezing cold room with a 10 month old, not good!! We could have put it on for a while before we left the room. We had to ask for more towels, we had three hand towels to use for showering etc...Breakfast was ok. I wouldnt recommend this hotel for people with young babies as there is a nightclub attached to the hotel and it gets very noisy at about 2am with people spilling out onto the streets.
The room service was excellent and very efficient. And the value for money was also just as good.
I didnt eat or drink there but the service at reception was very good. It was a nice clean hotel and I would stay again.
Relaxed, friendly atmosphere at the hotel although the security staff at the bar were not so friendly.
It is a lovely hotel but the bar door staff in the pub attached to it weren't very nice - they refused to let us in the pub going from the hotel even though we were staying that night.
Lovely hotel and we are definately going back, in actual fact we are just about to book it for a nite in May.
