Booterstown Slob, Dublin.

Location: Buses 5, 6, 7, & 8 to Booterstown.

Distance: 2km/1.3 miles.

Starting point: The route begins at the corner of the carpark south of the railway station.

Route: Walk beside the road, along the top of the embankment to the viewing point, opposite a large house with a Gothic roof. Follow the footpath to the northwest. There is a concrete culvert which surrounds the slobland and provides a footpath to the seashore. You must cross the railway by the footbridge to go back to the strand. To return, you must retrace your steps.
