It was nice to have the shuttle to and from the airport so we could go into Dublin using the public buses.
There is excellent free shuttle service to the airport that runs every 20 minutes 24 hours a day. The hotel served our needs for a convenient hotel to catch an early morning flight.
The rooms are perfectly outfitted and, as individuals who travelled around the country for 2 weeks staying in various hotels with a variety of "amenities", we found all of the plumbing and electrical devices simple to use. The "sitting room" area in the lobby was exquisite with its comfortable leather seating arrangements, coffee & dining tables, skylight, bar and food service. The area encouraged folks to leave their rooms in the evening to gather, relax, read or just converse with other guests...brilliant! HOWEVER, the lack of drink machines on each of the floors left a very big hole for those guests who needed refreshment but did not wish (exhaustion or pajamas involved) to head down through the lobby to the food service counter. Each floor had a large hole where the mmachine would be, with an ugly mess exposed to guests...perhaps very temporary and we just hit the hotel at the wrong time.
I enjoyed my stay, but I did not receive my wake-up call in the morning. Luckily, the flight was delayed, so I did not miss it.
Difficult to find, but worthwhile once we were there. Very convenient for an overnight at the airport and I would highly recommend it to others.
BREAKFAST WAS NOT GREAT FOR THE PRICE. DINNER WAS GOOD VALUE ,BUT SERVICE WAS QUITE POOR.
Incredibly clean room. Also, my husband left his watch in the room. Within 24 hours, your staff called to tell him they'd found the watch, and would mail it to us. They even sprang for the postage. Very, very nice!
i really liked the fact that the unsuite had a bath as well as a shower and i also liked the wide virety of food available for breakfast.
I have used this hotel before and it is of good quality. The transport to and fromthe airport is excellent
Cleanliness was excellent, restaurant was superb and service brillant, I would not hesitate in recommending this to any one. An excellent find which we will use again.
This was our second time to use your hotel at the airport and we have recommended to many of my fellow workers as your schuttle service to and from the airport is excellent.
Overall quite good; Felt that the hotel seriously lacks atmosphere though. The noise level in the reception/bar is very high & tiresome. The staff in the retaurant were very helpful & the others ok too.

The courtesy bus - very reliable.
Nice hotel, but very loud and room service would have been very comfortable as the restaurant and the bar were totally overcrowded.
