It is very convenient for Dublin International Airport, which is only a 10 minute drive away, and it will only take you about 25 minutes or so to get into the city centre. The guest accommodation consists of four comfortable and nicely decorated bedrooms. Facilities in each include a TV and tea/coffee tray.

Being so close to Swords village, you are only a 5minute walk to the local pubs and restaurants. We offer four ensuite rooms, all which are decorated to a high standard. The B&B is within 5 minutes walk of Swords town. Swords is well connected by public transport, so you'll have no hassle getting to/from the city centre. There are also some really nice bars and restaurants in Swords itself if you don't fancy heading into town at night. There are also a number of golf courses and beaches nearby.

Ann the owner was very friendly and helpful but the rooms could do with a bit of update.
You will have a choice of Irish breakfast, continental breakfast or our very popular pancakes with fruit. Also any special requirements are catered for. Private off street parking is available if you're bringing the car.
