Welcome to Annandale House

This beautiful bed and breakfast is located in the leafy suburb of Drumcondra, located  on Grace Park Road, just off the beautiful Griffith Ave in a pretty residential area, 10 minutes drive from the city centre and Dublin International Airport.
Annandale House is tastefully decorated throughout to provide you with comfort and style during your stay.

The bed and breakfast is an ideal base for touring as it is close to all transport links that can bring you in and out of the city. Dublin Airport is also very close which makes Annandale House ideal for an early morning transfer or late arrival. Facilities include FREE car parking, a pleasant garden available for guests use and FREE WiFi Internet access.

Croke Park concert and international rugby, football, Gaelic games are conveniently just a 10 minutes walk. Your hosts, Brain and Julie will ensure you enjoy a pleasant and relaxing break away in their family run B&B, whatever the occasion. Full Irish breakfast is included in the rates.

Directions

Annandale B&B is ideally located in Dublin City. The property is set in the leafy area of Drumcondra which is just north of the city centre. If you are traveling from the city follow the signs for Airport or the North and continue to the upper end of Drumcondra Road. At the end of this road turn right on to Griffith Avenue and then the first major left turn onto Grace Park Road. Annandale is located at Number 84.

From Dublin Airport:
Annandale is ideal for the Airport as it is a short drive or taxi journey. Exit the Airport onto the M1 motorway south bound towards Dublin City. Continue into the city. The M1 merges into the Swords Road. At the junction of Collins Avenue, take the first major left turn and then first right for Grace Park Road and Annandale is on the left side, Number 84.

There is so much for you to see and do in Dublin! The easiest way to take in all the city’s attractions is to take the hop-on-hop-off tour of Dublin. You’ll see up to 20 of Dublin's most famous attractions on it.

If you fancy doing a little bit of shopping, head to the city’s main shopping streets, Henry Street and Grafton Street and you’ll find all the top labels. If you don’t fancy hitting the city centre there are shopping centres to be found in Dublin’s suburbs like Blanchardstown, Liffey Valley and Dundrum.

End your day with a top meal in a top class Dublin restaurant! Or why not catch a show in one of Dublins many theatres?

We stayed here twice once at the beginning of our holiday and once at the end. The reception was first class and everything was as it should be. Plenty of advice on where to go and how to get there from the hosts who judged our requirements to perfection. This is a good location for the airport and accessability into Dublin.

Easy to find from airport, good location for access to Dublin. Very friendly couple rooms well decorated. Used this accommodation twice at start and finish of holiday and was not disappointed on either occasion. I would recommend this address to those staying in Dublin.

Annandale house has the added plus of being family friendly with a cot available on request. The whole house is comfortably heated with central heating to ensure your comfort during your stay.

Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the dining area or after a fresh morning walk can rest in the guest lounge with a newspaper. After a day touring Dublin, guests can relax in the famous pub called the Gooses, which is just 2 minutes walk away, here guests can relax in the quiet local atmosphere with the drink of their choice.
