The Anchor Guesthouse is perfectly situated in the city centre, 200 metres from The Central Bus Station. An early morning to late evening Express "Airlink 747" Bus Service operates between Dublin Airport & The Central Bus Station, which is 2 minutes walk from our door. An alternative regular Dublin Bus #41 Commuter also operates from Dublin Airport to its last stop on Abbey Street, which is a minute from our door! Dublin Bus also provides a service to & from Dublin Port, to match Ferry arrival & departure times.

The Anchor Guesthouse is a 2-minute walk to Dublin’s Central Bus Station, which provides regular services to Dublin Airport. There is a 24-hour reception and rooms have satellite TVs.

Bedrooms at the Guesthouse Anchor include shower rooms, hair dryers, ironing facilities and radios. There is free Wi-Fi in the public areas of the guesthouse.

Trinity College, Dublin Castle and Croke Park are all within an 800 metre radius of the Anchor. Temple Bar has many bars and restaurants and is less than a 10-minute walk away.

All of our bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, with toilet & shower. Tea & coffee making facilities in every room. A hearty full Irish Breakfast is available each morning in our Dining Room for €8.00, alert us whenever this service is required. Towels & soap are supplied each day, as required. Hairdryers, and an iron & ironing board is always available free of charge. Ask at the frontdesk as needs be.  All bedrooms are equipped with direct dial telephones, local radio & 12 channel satellite television. All bedrooms & bathrooms are meticulously serviced, tidied & cleaned on a daily basis.
