Enniskeen Hotel in Co Down is in a beautiful setting in the Mourne Mountains: it is an old house with turret windows; we were given a large room with five of these windows and the views of the mountains were spectacular. There was a lovely modern bathroom on suite. The bar was cosy with local people to talk to and a few chatty fishermen from across the water too. Dining was simple but the breakfast was excellent and the staff catered very well for my husband who is Celiac. This is a friendly family run hotel.
