We went to Ireland to attend a wedding and stayed at Trean House in order to avoid the lack of character of big hotels. Trean House was a perfect escape, the farm setting was wonderful and just a few minutes walk to Tremone Bay. Joyce and Mervyn were very helpful and friendly and the room was wonderful and very clean.

All apsects of the stay for me was excellent. The warm welcome the house , room ,location and the food. Joyce and Mervyn create a lovely atmosphere and the garden and surrounding areas are a joy to see and be around. It is always fun to meet other guests that appear similalry relaxed in this wonderful home.

Friendly and helpful, and a beautiful house set in lovely orchard and gardens. Only a five minute walk to a wee beach and the sea. Great cooked breakfast with homemade jam/marmalade and wheaten bread.
