A warm welcome and kind hospitality is guaranteed during your stay at The Cove Lodge 4 star Country Accommodation. All rooms are on the ground floor giving access to people with disabilities, private secure off the road car park is also available. While staying at the Cove Lodge you can visit the pretty market town of Donegal, which has an interesting and colourful history.

The property is located 2.5kms from Donegal town just off N15 on the R267
All our rooms are en-suite with power showers, TV’s, free WiFi, hairdryers and orthopedic mattresses. Relax after a busy day or plan your itinerary for the next day in the guest lounge. Enjoy a fine and tasty breakfast in the morning-room and meet your fellow guests. Bedrooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Any special dietary requirements can be catered for if notice is given the previous evening.
Remnants of the past still remain to this day in the Medieval Castle in the centre of town and the Franciscan Abbey just a short stroll out by the bay. You can choose from a very good selection of lively bars, restaurants, cafes and pubs where you can enjoy the craic with the locals while drinking and dining. There are also many interesting and inviting little shops to browse around and purchase gifts for those back home! Enjoy our farmers market the 3rd Saturday of each month. There are renowned beaches and golf courses nearby as well as tennis courts and the surrounding scenery is memorable.

We found this accommodation to be very clean and very convenient to the centre of Donegal Town. The owners of the Cove Lodge were very welcoming and friendly. We would definately recommend this B/B to our friends and would use it again ourselves.
