Proceed for 4km on the Ardara to Portnoo Road. You will pass an Art Gallery sign, travel straight ahead and then down a little hill. Teach Hughie is the second house on the right, the 8th house past the Art Gallery sign.
The garden is overlooking some of the most breathtaking scenery of the area.
During your stay, take the time to visit this unspoilt region of Ireland. Just wander through the town of Ardara and absorb the sense of heritage and history that surrounds the place. Enjoy a scenic drive around the Peninsula and its scenic exciting headlands. Whatever your reasons, this is a rewarding and relaxing place to visit.
The cottage is located on its own grounds in a serene, rural setting. The kitchen is equipped with every modern comfort. There is a large living area with an authentic stone fireplace, which creates a very cosy atmosphere in the room.The home is ideal for families, as there is a children’s playground within 2km and a babysitting service available.

The accommodation was adequate. It was very good value for the price paid. The location was also good.

It was in a great location wirh great mountain views and also close to shops, pubs and amenities in Ardara town. There was a great archaeological site nearby. The cottage was cosy and in a good location.
